That of course, should be appealing, or using the UPUOnline Rayuan 2017/18 for Lepasan STPM/Setaraf. The Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE/KPT) last night announced that it will OPEN at the same time as results do, that is August 3, 2017 at 12.00pm and CLOSE on August 7, 2017 at 11.59pm. Appeals can be filled in at the official UPU portal found below:
