INTEC has taken the initiative to hold a coffee talk session between the experts and parents to discuss possible educational pathways on their Open Day tomorrow.
The coffee talk session will be conducted during the ‘Study Opportunities Open Day’ organised by INTEC Education College, a fully-owned college of UiTM Holdings Sdn Bhd, on 3rd December 2016. Understanding the lack of knowledge on educational pathways, the open day targets to enlighten the public on how to choose the right pathway that suits their talents and interests. Among the pathways for discussion during the coffee talk were on preparatory courses for oversea’s studies like A-Levels, A-Levels German (ALG), American Degree Foundation Programme (ADFP), Foundation in Science for Japanese Universities (FSJU), Korean Preparatory Programme and SACE International Programme (formerly known as AUSMAT).
The coffee talk will also invite experts from the professional accountancy organisations such as the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Chartered Institute Management Accountants (CIMA), Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and Malaysian Professional Accountancy Centre (MyPAC).
Pre-university programmes and professional accountancy are not the only pathways available for SPM leavers, INTEC also introduced three Diploma programmes that are in demand in the market today. Diploma in Business Management (DBM), Diploma in Public Management and Governance and Diploma in scientific Halal Practices (DSHP) offer the fastest routes for SPM leavers to experience a holistic learning environment. INTEC prepares the students with hands-on practical training and activities to make sure the graduate are capable to satisfy the job market.
The open day will have clubs and societies participating, pioneered by INTEC’s students as INTEC believes that excellence graduates are not only excelled in the academic, but the soft-skills capabilities completed the package. Based on this principle, INTEC equips a holistic educational experience outside the classroom through clubs and activities, sports, cultural events, physical facilities and students’ welfare.
'Study Opportunities Open Day' plans to engage and enlighten the public on educational futures that many school leavers look after. Do visit INTEC Education College this Saturday for the experience of a lifetime, from 9am till 2.30pm.
