In many countries, finding decent employment is understood as a pressing domestic issue. From Europe to North America to the Middle East, unemployment among youth has swelled over the past few years.
According to the International Labour Office, some 75 million workers under age 25 were jobless last year. In Malaysia, it has been reported that the country has been churning out more graduates than jobs. In response to this, students are encouraged to develop soft skills and gain specific skills that match job requirements.
