Overview

Applicantions are invited from candidates who sat for the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) in 2016 for the first time to get sponsorship from the Public Service Department (PSD) in the form of Convertible Loan (PBU) under the Special Programme for Japan, Korea, France and Germany (JKPJ) Year 2017. This sponsorship programme is open to all SPM 2016 leavers who are interested in engineering, science and technology (S & T) and social science in Japan, Korea, France and Germany. Students will be sponsored to attend preparatory courses before pursuing their first degree or diploma in the countries concerned.

Criteria

General Conditions

(i) Malaysian citizen

(ii) Sat for SPM for the first time in 2016;

(iii) has not reached the age of 18 years (19 years for transition students) during the SPM exam;

(Iv) Candidates must have good health and not suffering from critical illnesses such as hepatitis, AIDS, HIV, etc;

(V) The mother and / or father and / or family members are not blacklisted by the JPA or are in litigation JPA; and

(vi) the applicant does not receive financial support / sponsorship of any agency of the same level of education.
