International Open College (IOC), formerly known as Granada International College (GIC), is a new private institute of Higher learning, affiliated under Open University Malaysia. IOC began operations at the OUM main campus in Kuala Lumpur before moving to Bangi. It obtained approval from Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) to change its name from GIC to International Open College (IOC) in September 2012.

IOC leverages on the experience of OUM in the following areas: ready-made learning materials, virtual learning environment, blended pedagogy, shared courses and resources, flexible schedule and learner centred. It provides diploma courses on mass communications, accountancy, human resources management and management.
