UCSI University is among Malaysia's first private institutions of higher learning. It has been serving students from 80 different countries for the past 29 years. Aside from promoting diversity in its campuses, the university is well known for its initiative to improve the country's tourism and hospitality industry by leading the Malaysian Centre of Tourism and Hospitality Education - a group of hospitality schools that will equip the country's industry workforce with at least a diploma by 2020. Moreover, UCSI offers a wide spectrum of academic programmes, ranging from medicine, pharmacy, nursing, engineering and architecture to music, multimedia, education, liberal arts and also hospitality. Nothing outstanding about this institution, not sure how it got onto the QS rankings, but good experience if you chose to immerse yourself into the student life.
it is just the admin office are rude and some portal issues need to be handled
Overall, my experience was good but could’ve been better. The education quality for mass communication students is not that good, the last year pathway subjects were a bit more useful but other practical subjects were not very beneficial.
