Creating, implementing and/or overseeing policies that manage employees/employers behaviors, hiring policies, searching for candidates, interviewing and selecting candidates, managing payment of salaries, training and development of the staff, performance and evaluation of staff, and everything in between is monitored and evaluated by HR department.

What you need to get on a Human Resource Management course?

Diploma in Human Resource Management

SPM/ O-level : Minimum of 3 credits in SPM/ O-level in any subject/ Equivalent qualifications

Degree in Human Resource Management

STPM : A pass in STPM, with a minimum Grade C (GP 2.00) in any 2 subjects, and a pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level or any equivalent qualifications

STAM : A pass in STAM, with a minimum grade of Jayyid, and a pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level

Diploma or Advanced Diploma : Any qualifications equivalent to Diploma or Advanced Diploma (Level 4 or 5, MQF)

Matriculation/ Foundation qualification : minimum CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00, or any equivalent qualification

IELTS : International students are required to achieve a minimum score of 5.5 for IELTS OR its equivalent
