Hi Jasmin,
If you check the entry requirements for a degree in TESL at UiTM, you only need to obtain a diploma in any field at UiTM with a minimum CGPA of 2.5. In fact, you can apply for most of the degree programmes at UiTM as long as you meet the requirements. Since you did not mention your results here, we suggest you to check the website for the entry requirements for each course so you know which ones you're eligible for. Then narrow down to a few that you are interested.
Good luck :)

It will be impossible for a person to memorize all the legal provisions, clauses and statutes of Malaysia. You will be learning far more than that in your courses, the course will provide you skills to practice law. Mooting ( a mock hearing where students argue points of law) is one skill you will be focusing on. Basically, you will be learning the application of those statutes in real life cases. While it is true that most lawyers have a basic awareness of their country's laws, the idea that any lawyer could know every law verbatim is impossible. The world operates under the common law, there are often thousands of decisions being published each year, making it impossible for a lawyer to keep up with every single development. The best a lawyer can do is understand the fundamentals of the law and keep up to date with important cases that represent shifts in the laws of their practice areas. Hope this clarifies your query :)
