Yes, you can apply for a scholarship next year after you have received your SPM grades, however, you have to check which scholarships are opening or have opened already during the time you receive your grades back. For more information about scholarship, do click here for more details.

Hello Intan Nur Jannah, 

If you are interested in becoming an Interventional Radiologist (IR), you should take a Diploma in Radiotherapy or Medical Imaging first before continuing into a Bachelor Degree in Radiography and Medical Imaging. The course duration is around 3 to 4 years and costs an average of RM 60,000 to 80,000 for the whole course. 

For more information on the course, do have a look at Study Radiography & Medical Imaging in Malaysia. The webpage has information on the course, the different branches including IR, the subjects you will study, entry requirements, an educational pathway, and where to study for IR. 

Currently, the top universities to study IR are: Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Management and Science University (MSU).

The entry requirements for a law degree for an STPM student is just minimum of Cs. However, you will have to cross-check with the universities you wish to apply to because it depends on the institution and what they require. A forensic psychologist practices psychology within the criminal justice system and civil courts. Their interests are to: understand why certain behaviors in criminals occur, try to minimize and prevent such behaviors, and use the psychological principles and use it to narrow down a suspect list or provide a motive for a crime. 

For more information on what forensic psychologists do, do have a read of an article written by Career Explorer. The article, What does a forensic psychologist do, explains in detail what they do and the workplace for a forensic psychologist.

The average fees for an ACCA programme is around RM 16,000 to 30,000 depending on the institution you wish to study at. Currently there are 16 institutions in Malaysia that offer the ACCA course. For more information on these institutions, do click here

The qualifications for a degree in cinematography is:

1) STPM / Matrikulasi / Asasi : Pass STPM, Obtain at least Band 2 in MUET, Pass the audition and interview

2) Diploma : Obtain a diploma or other qualifications recognised by the Malaysian government and the university’s senate, Obtain Band 2 in MUET, Pass the audition and interview

3) A-Levels : Obtain grade B in any 2 subjects, Obtain Band 2 in MUET, Pass the audition and interview

4) Others : Have at least 3 years of working experience in this field and obtain Band 2 in MUET

1) SPM : 5 Bs each in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics (or Additional Mathematics) and another subject
