Supply Chain Operations Management (SCOM) is the management of an interconnected flow of goods or processes involved in the provision of product and service packages required by the end customers in a supply chain. It is also defined as the designing, planning, executing, controlling, monitoring, and integrating of supply chain activities with the objective of creating net value, building a competitive infrastructure, leveraging worldwide logistics, synchronising supply with demand and measuring performance globally. This shifts the focus from the unit enterprise to the entire supply chain with all its stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum Entry Qualification for Bachelor’s Degree Programme

• STPM - 2 principal



• A-Level - 2 principal



• UEC - 5 credits



• CPU - Minimum 60% in 6 courses



• Other year 12 equivalent - average of 60%



• High School Certificate - average of 60%



• International Baccalaureate - Minimum score of 26/42



• National Matriculation - Minimum CGPA 2.85



• UCSI Foundation - Minimum CGPS 2.85



• Diploma IPTA/IPTS - Minimum CGPA 2.85

• A distinction (A+, A or A-) in the English Language subject at SPM/UEC level; or MUET Band 5; or a score of 213 (computer-based) / 550 (writing-based) / 80 (internet-based) in TOEFL; or Band 5.5 in IELTS.



• In the event that the English Language Requirements are not met, student may be required to undertake additional English module(s) prior to or concurrently with the undergraduate programme, based on the University’s decision.
