Registration for private SPM, SPMU candidates to open soon

The private candidate registration for the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Ulangan (SPMU) 2013 examinations will be open from 1 March until 31 March 2013.
 
The registration form and further information can be obtained from http://www.moe.gov.my/lp
 
The private candidates can submit the form to the Sektor Penilaian dan Peperiksaan of their nearest Jabatan Pelajaran Negeri (JPN).
 
Late applications will not be accepted.
 
Requirements for private SPM candidates:
  • Has previously sat for the SPM/ SPM(V)/ SPVM/ MCE examinations,or
  • Sat for the PMR examinations at least 1 year before date of registration
  • Not less than 17 years old on 1 January 2013
  • **Private candidates who are sitting for the SPM examinations for the first time and is registering for Bahasa Melayu ONLY are required to get a written approval from the Director of Examinations
Requirements for SPMU candidates:
  • Has previously sat for the SPM/ SPM(V)/ SPVM/ MCE examinations
