To help raise sporting excellence in the country, Local public institutions of higher learning (IPTA) plans to produce more sports psychologists in the future.
This is to address the insufficient number of sports psychologists today, says Secretary-General Datuk Abdul Rahim Md. Noor of the Higher Education Ministry.
The plan aims to ensure that each sport will have its own psychologist.
