Malaysia human resources ministry urging companies to have
higher acceptance
for vocational and technical training.
HR deputy minister Senator Datuk Maznah Maslan said 40% of 3.3 million new jobs by 2020 require such skills.
"The ministry is taking initiatives to ensure all Malaysians have at least Level 3 skills certificates to qualify as high-skilled workers," she said.
