To complete a Masters course, it normally takes 1-2 years. The prerequisite for enrolling in a master programme is that the applicants must already have working experience (discard the ones who continued using high CGPA points).
This contributes to one of the factor as to why corporations are hiring MBA graduates. Not only they’re experienced in work, but at the same time, the knowledge that MBA students have are practically useful.
2. Critical Thinking
Majority of the MBA graduates hired, have displayed their ability to solve problems effectively.
Critical thinking is not a subject you could master, but MBAs are designed in such a way that critical thinking is woven into the curriculum.
Case-study is a reflection of a real situation that has already occurred. Normally students are required to analyze, identify the problem, and find a solution.
The number of case studies that MBA graduates go through, prepares them to solve real problems in the company.
