The Master of Arts (Professional Communication) programme is designed to provide students with the skills they need to embrace and manage contemporary communication issues in the industry.Students will explore the art of digital information management, and will be equipped with the right skills to become communication experts in this challenging globalisation era. Entry Requirements:
Malaysian Students • A Bachelor's Degree with CGPA of 2.5 and above; OR • A Bachelor's Degree with CGPA of 2.5 below (at least FIVE (5) year of working experience); OR • Other qualification approved by the University Senate; AND • Pass IUMW English Placement Exam
International Students • A Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Communication, Communication, Mass Communication, Media Studies or any equivalent qualifications with: • CGPA of 2.5 and above with at least ONE (1) year of working experience; OR • CGPA of 2.49 and below with at least THREE (3) years of working experience; OR • Professional qualification(s) from approved professional bodies; OR • Other qualification recognized by the Government of Malaysia or approved by the University Senate; AND • Pass IELTS with Band 6 or better; OR • TOEFL (paper) with a minimum score of 600 AND • Pass IUMW English Placement Exam
