The Bachelor of Software Engineering (Hons) programme at IUKL is designed to prepare students for a successful career in the software industry and the information technology sector by inducting them into the breadth and depth of problem-solving, mathematical foundations of software engineering, programming, software development methodologies, software processes and life cycles, software quality, testing and technical documentation.Distinguished by its focus on delivering the essential elements of software engineering, this discipline gives students invaluable experience in teamwork, project management and the utilisation of industry best practice techniques. In the final year of study, students will have the opportunity to hone their skills through industry internship and be involved in a major software related project.
