This workshop will look at the types of customers and how we can serve them better whilst improving ourselves in the process. Catching the ATTENTION of the customers – creating the INTEREST – evoking their DESIRE for the necessary preferred ACTION is the main focus of this programme. Aspects of psychology, strategy and sincerity are emphasized to give customers a pleasant experience, being in line with the concept of ‘experience economy’.

  • Other qualifications and work experience will be taken into consideration on an individual basis.
